Research Workshop - Writing ARC grants: tips and guidance from the experts

Abstract:

Metrics for grant writing and promotion will provide information about the various metrics available to you to support claims of research excellence, significance and impact. As well as using tools such as Scopus, this workshop will also explore other ways to demonstrate impact such as mentions in policy documents and library holdings.

There will be a hands-on aspect to this workshops, allowing you to explore the citation and benchmarking tools available at UQ.

This course will enable participants to identify key metrics that will strengthen your grant proposals or applications for promotion.
