Jacaranda Journal invites you to reflect on the raw, the quiet, and the beautiful truth of endings on November 21st.
Come celebrate all the writers and artists whose reflective, transformative, beautiful work is being featured in the latest issue of Jacaranda Memento Mori. You’ll also get to find out who won the cover art contest (assessed by a panel of art academics) and who won the Jacaranda Prize for Writing (assessed by industry professionals and academics). This will be an evening of awards, creativity, community, and complimentary yummy food and wine.
Whether you’re in this issue, know someone who is, are a Brisbane creative, or just want something fun to do for the night, the Memento Mori Launch is a must attend!
Tickets are free, with an optional ‘pay what you like’ system—Jacaranda prides itself on being a volunteer-run space for creatives to come together and JJ appreciates anyone who is able to contribute.
